Reading and writing data from HANA in SAP P.A.

Hi there,

I wanted to establish connection between SAP Predictive Analysis (P.A.) tool and HANA and retrieve data from the analytical views created in HANA in SAP P.A.

For the same I performed the following steps :

1) Created a Connection in P.A. thru the connection management option

2) Created my analysis (hana reader --> algo --> hana writer)

3) When I tried to execute  my analysis I get the following error :

An error occurred while executing the query. (PAS10050)

Error details: SAP DBTech JDBC: Cannot connect to VolumeID=5 [Unknown host hddnode02:30015 [hddnode02], -709.].

This is teh same when i try with just the HANA reader...

Any idea how I can resolve this.

Pls note : based on the connection details provided, I was able to select the analytical View I was interested in and also select the columns therein from inside P.A.
