Error while runing R Code

Hi Team,

I am getting error while ruing  R-code in a Predictive Analysis and i am using windows 7 and installed R code successful version 2.15.3 also check the package with R console by  library(rJava) it's return:

Warning message:

package ‘rJava’ was built under R version 2.15.3

Error Message

"A critical error occurred:

An error occurred while invoking the R environment through Java/R Interface (JRI).  The version of R installed is not compatible or the R environment is not set up properly.Check the R environment setup and its version."

So please help me.
