Predictive Analysis hangs with maximum number of connections reached

Hi experts,

I am repeatedly experiencing hanging issues with Predictive Analysis 1.0.11. This mainly happens when developing and testing models on the Predict tab.

While checking the most recent log file in %TEMP%\sapvi\logs I notice this contains statements like the following:

2013/07/18 12:53:03.417000|>>|S| | 8996| 184| |||||||||||||||Maximum Number of active connections Reached : 13. Waiting for 3 seconds

These statements keep repeating until I manually kill the Predictive Analysis process.

Probably there is something wrong connecting to the Sybase IQ backend. Is there any way to increase the number of allowed connections or should I do something else?
