Charles Gadalla and I were able to excite our very own Corporate HR function to leverage SAP Predictive Analysis to enhance Strategic Workforce PLanning and Analysis processes. In the beginning they were all over the visualization possibilities (SAP Lumira engine) within the solution as it provided so much flexibility and ease of use.
