Dear All ,
I am trying to create custom dictionaries and rules sets to classify the sentiments of customers for text analysis .The last analysis i used voice of customer configuration but i want to use the same configuration with custom dictionaries and rulesets .
For an eg : Booo =>strong negative sentiment , Boom => Profanity something like that ... how to make the system learn it and check it with my training sets..
I am not an expert just a beginner please help...
please provide the sources where i can get started and could help my research .
if possible some blogs , materials , links that i can refer.
