Hi,
Predictive Analytics 2.2 cant find my existing R installation (3.1.2) [Error message gives no details: "R Version not supported OR R Environment not set up correctly..."].
I dont want to uninstall my R installation bc. I need it for other stuff and have downloaded many libs.
I have Windows OS, and my library files are located in two folders. Predictive Installation Guide states:
"Alternatively, if you have R packages installed in multiple locations, make sure that the Microsoft Windows® environment variable, R_LIBS, is pointing to each location. Add the folder locations to the R_LIBS variable, separating each one by a semicolon so they can be found by Expert Analytics.
For example: R_LIBS=%R_HOME%\library;%YOUR_HOME_DIRECTORY%\Documents\R\win-library\3.1
If the R_LIBS variable is not already available, you need to create this."
1) I installed the R-packages "rJava" and "AMORE" - I got this information from an old how-to - is this still valid or other packages required (I am afraid installation guide just says "required packages" - no details what they are...)?
2) I set the environment parameter "R_LIBS" like explained to my 2 folders, still same error (I also reopened the Document that contains the ).
Thanks for helping!
Best Regards
Florian
UPDATE: Also installed all R packages found in Which R packages are required for Predictive Analysis?
There is still the same error message displayed (last package not available for R 3.1.2).
