SAP Predictive Analytics 2 - Automated Analytics Greyed Out

Hi

I'm having a most frustrating time getting all of PA2 to work. Recently my trial version expired. Our company does have license for PA. I was supplied with a KeyCode which I entered in the PA - Expert Analytics - Enter KeyCode section.

However, Automated Analytics (previously called Infinite Insights) is still greyed out.

What do I need to do to correct this?
