This paper provides a step-by-step description, including screenshots, to evaluate how SAP Predictive Analysis and SAP InfiniteInsight, which as of this writing are now sold as a bundle, can be used to predict the potential customers who will buy additional products based on their behavior of interest. Using the combined strength of both SAP InfiniteInsight and SAP Predictive Analysis this article will also demonstrate how these two products can fulfill the challenge and to some degree also supplement each other.
